In reviewing Twin Peaks for footage for my ‘Peaks and Recreation’ mash up I came across something extraordinary that I had somehow missed in my many viewings of the series before…
In the David Lynch directed episode 2 (three though if you count the pilot) the pattern on the jacket Leland Palmer is wearing when he breaks down dancing with Laura’s picture is….THE SAME PATTERN AS ON THE FLOOR OF THE BLACK LODGE.
Wowzers! How subtle and spooky is that? I’ve seen the series maybe 5 times through so far and only noticed this now!
